Welcome

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program's overall purpose is to promote the interests, well-being, and rights of residents in long-term care facilities.  Long-Term care facilities include:

          Nursing Homes
          Assisted Living Facilities
          Boarding Homes
          Adult Family Homes.

If you reside in one of the above facilities, or have know someone who does.. then you have come to the right place.  Ombudsmen are here to help ensure that residents are treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve.  Ombudsmen advise residents on their civil and resident rights in long-term care facilities.

If at anytime you have any question or concerns, feel free to call the SE Washington Ombudsman Program at (509) 386-5176  or 1-800-244-5908  x126

The SE Washington Regional Ombudsman Program covers six counties:  Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, and Walla Walla.  This program is part of the Washignton State Ombudsman Program that is operated out of Federal Way.
